Start the application process from our website and select your chosen plan. Your employer will then review your application.
You’ll need your payroll number to complete your application.

How do I know if my employer offers the bike rental scheme?
The easiest way to check is to start the application process! Using the 'ready to begin' bar at the bottom of this page, search for your employer and click to get started. If your employer has bike rental enabled then you will be automatically taken to the application process where you can select your preferred plan. If your employer has not registered, or not yet enabled bike rental, you can find out more about how to encourage them to get on board here.

How long does the application process take?
The same Cyclescheme process applies to bike rental, so after you apply your employer will need to approve your application and organise funding on your behalf. You will then receive a code by email that enables you to start your membership or subscription. On average it takes 14 calendar days from the point you apply to receiving your code.
