How does it work?
Once you’re set up as an employer (see below) the process of running benefits through MySchemes is very easy.
All MySchemes services operate using a simple salary sacrifice mechanic, so you’ll need to make sure to set everything up with your payroll team first - this works in much the same way as a pension deduction, so will be straightforward for most payroll professionals. From then on it’s just a case of communicating the benefits to your colleagues using the free tools available in your MySchemes account and then reaping the rewards!
How do I sign up?
To sign up to offer any of the services available through MySchemes, you simply need to register as an employer through either the Cyclescheme or Techscheme websites.
Once your account is activated (which takes no more than 24 hours), you can add additional services at the click of a button. The result? A bespoke benefits package that is suited exactly to your needs.
