On 14th February 2025, Cyclescheme celebrates its 20th birthday. What started as an idea in a bike shop in Bath – today, is the UK’s largest Cycle to Work scheme supporting thousands of workplaces and employees across the nation.

As we enter a new decade of Cyclescheme, our mission remains the same as day one - to make cycling to work an accessible and affordable option for UK employees. But that doesn’t mean we’re resting on our laurels.
With the next generation entering the workplace, the continual rise of the ‘gig economy’ and ongoing hybrid working patterns for many – Cyclescheme remains dedicated to innovation and campaigning for the Cycle to Work scheme to be able to support every UK employee.
